The LAST STEP has not completed.
The trigger time was 11.10 AM... All Steps are working perfect -- the previous one's executed correctly as well

As we can see from your history logs, you are again passing the 1-day old data again the Delay action step.

Kindly pass data carefully and cross-check your history logs for the same.

Please create the condition to avoid such a situation.

You should know, I HAVE NOT TOUCHED YOUR WORKFLOW setting.

You made the corrections and since then, its the same.

The Google Sheet has not been touched either!
Neither is the Workflow Touched on pabbly.

So I am not passing any OLD date when the current date is different.

THE LAST CHANGES were made by you and nothing is touched since then.

Please check and apply whatever condition you are talking about... Coz Now, this whole workflow is just going bouncer...

Yeh jo Task ID Diya hai, usme Dekho... Sarre tasks jo hain ek Saath trigger hue hain!

Sarre tasks pass ho gaye... lekin last wala jo task hai, woh complete nahi hua!

Agar uske upar ke tasks pure hogaye toh last wala bhi hona chahiye tha na?

WRITING IN HINDI, so you understand better!

I think somewhere you are not understanding the real issue!
The Previous tasks were executed properly in the SAME TASK ID!

There were more than 4 tasks.
4 Tasks were executed correctly.
The 5th Task is incompelte... the Last Step did not trigger but triggered for the previous 4 Steps

As we can see from your workflow you are not having any validation to check the date which is already gone and process the dates which are from the future.

So that it can only process the birthdays which are from future dates. Kindly create a new workflow with all the filter conditions to process birthday wishes accordingly.

Please check this video tutorial once and then try this at your end to correctly add the filter condition accordingly.

BUT your team created this workflow earlier as well.
Like todays messages have not been sent either!

This is becoming a HUGE challenge for me in terms of reliability

Please could you make the necessary corrections to your workflow so it starts!

Not Multiple Dates ...
First Date when we do "SAVE & SEND Test Request" works perfect

The Second Date It Fails (Second Day)

I am not sure if you realise, that the video you have tagged in this post ONLY talks about how to send a message on a specific date and not specific time.

The workflow we have been addressing in this Thread - is talking about doing both Time & Date together!

We have been chasing your team to correct this workflow for a long time now!

IT works only for the first next scheduled date. Stops working after that!

It does not work for the second scheduled date & time!

Please help!

You can make the filter condition action step in your workflow as mentioned in the video tutorial by yourself. Since it is required and can be added with the help of a video tutorial and reset of the workflow will be the same.

There is a technical issue

This workflow is only for DATE and NOT TIME!

You made one ... your team made and SHARED a workflow with a TIME Delay as well (but this workflow kept failing after the first date on the Google Sheet was triggered, the Second date would not trigger at all.... Inspite of them being there on the sheet all at the same time... No new additions were made)

Now, I have made some corrections on that and need you to check if things will work now

If they will work... Will they continue working for future date & timings as well.
