We configured a telegram bot and added it as admin in a group. and when the command for the telegram bot is triggered Pabbly connect sends a response back to the telegram group but the problem here is it send multiple times instead of single response.
Any ideas on how to solve this ? please see below screenshot

Hello @Stocksandprofits

The workflow you have created appears to be causing a loop because the trigger is "Telegram Bot: Set Webhook / Watch Updates" and the action is "Telegram Bot: Send a Text Message or Reply". This setup causes the workflow to trigger again every time a message is sent, as it is considered an update, thereby creating a continuous loop.

To assist you better, could you please elaborate on the specific use case you are trying to achieve? Understanding your requirements will help us provide a more effective solution.

Additionally, we recommend disabling all similar workflows for now to avoid unnecessary task consumption. Let us know how we can help refine your workflow!

Thank you for your fast reply. We have creates a WOW indicator where members can purchase a subscription and everytime they are asking the support team. So instead if they trigger the command in the BOT the bot can reply with the WOW indicator LINK hence there will be no involvement for the support team to assist this small task.

we made the below changes.
went in to bot settings and changed command1 to wowindicator.
when we asked one of our members to test but it is still triggering multiple times.
here is the screenshot.

Hello @Stocksandprofits

The issue is occurring because you have mapped the dynamic response value in the value field. To resolve this, please add a static value as plain text instead of the dynamic value. This will prevent the workflow from triggering in every case and ensure it works as intended.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

Alright we are back after the execution and exact steps you told to do. Here are the results.

Hello @Stocksandprofits

Task History ID - IjU3NjUwNTZjMDYzMzA0MzY1MjZkNTUzMzUxMzc1MTYxNTQzMTBmMzQi_pc

As per the above task history ID the Telegram message should have been sent. Can you please add a few more tests and let us know if it works for you if the message text contains the word wow indicator?
