I'm trying to add my WhatsApp number to Pabbly ChatFlow, but I keep getting this error on the Facebook Business onboarding screen:
However, Meta’s latest documentation (Updated Oct 31, 2025) mentions that it IS possible to migrate an existing WhatsApp Business App number without deleting it if the onboarding is done through a Solution Provider who supports Business App Number Onboarding.

According to Meta’s docs:
- If the number is a regular WhatsApp Messenger number, deletion is mandatory.
- If it's a WhatsApp Business App number:
- You can delete the account and migrate — but you’ll lose chat history.
- OR
- You can migrate without deleting, IF your Solution Provider supports Business App Number Onboarding.
- With this supported migration:
- Chat history is preserved
- The number can work simultaneously with:
- WhatsApp Business App
- The Solution Provider’s platform
My Question for Pabbly ChatFlow Team
Does Pabbly ChatFlow support WhatsApp Business App Number Onboarding as defined by Meta?Specifically:
- Can I migrate my existing WhatsApp Business App number without deleting it?
- Does Pabbly support the partner-level migration flow that preserves history and avoids the “disconnect number” requirement?
- If yes, what is the correct onboarding process inside Pabbly?
Why This Is Important
Deleting the number causes:- Total loss of WhatsApp Business App chat history
- Required downtime
- Inability to use the Business App again unless deregistered from Cloud API
