Unable to see the user reply on Pabbly chat

Hello,
Recently, On my pabbly chat im not able to see any customer reply.
Because of this, ive setup a flow based on template quick reply button also not working.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's look at both issues you're seeing.

Due to long time inactivity, the subcription to receive incoming messages and messages status was expired. We have now subscribed the webhook again for the particular WhatsApp Number and the incoming messages has started to receive in Pabbly Chatflow, please check at your end now.
