Unpaid status on subscription billing after successful payment.

To test the subscription billing platform, I have created a subscription plan for $10 weekly. and a discount coupon for 50% off.
I went to the checkout page and completed my purchase through stripe. (I paid $5 as i used 50% off coupon code ).
The transaction went through and everything was successful.

But, when i see in customer tab, it shows as unpaid.
why is this?
