Updating coupon result in error while continously consuming credits

Hi, i have 3 workflows involving updating woocomemrce coupons. for some reason i'm getting errors and its continously consuming my credits. Can someone look into this? my account is using email [email protected]. Ive disable the 3 workflows to stop it from consuming credits
