Pls note; the workflow has been setup as per the videos on your channel and the optimisation was done by your team - hence very confusing email received


This email is to notify you that the workflow "WABA Webhook" has been paused due to the unusual high consumption of tasks. This usually happens when your workflow is not properly optimized and consumes a much higher volume of tasks.

Since the webhook rate limit, the constraint is 400 requests per minute, if it exceeds then the system might switch off the workflow.

You only need to switch on the workflow, if your workflow gets switched off by the system if you receive more than 400 requests per min.
