Hi

I'm trying to connect Thrivecart with Brevo. I cant seem to do the first part which is to get the response from Thrivecart

I created my API key in Thrivecart, Event  = Products Purchased (All Products), test mode. My thrivecart landing page is in test mode, I made purchase but nothing is showing.

Hi,

This usually happens due to a few common testing setup errors. Please verify these 3 points to capture the response:

Webhook State: Ensure the Pabbly Connect webhook tab is actively showing "Waiting for Webhook Response" before you click the purchase button.

Webhook Mapping: Make sure you haven't just generated the API key, but have actually pasted the Pabbly Webhook URL inside Thrivecart Settings > API & Webhooks > Webhooks for the purchase event.

Complete Checkout: Use the official Thrivecart test card numbers and complete the checkout fully until you reach the final success page. Doing this in an Incognito window helps avoid caching issues.

Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hello Emily,

Thanks for reaching out. The behavior you're seeing usually happens because the trigger is being captured in Test Mode, and Test Mode responses for ThriveCart purchase flows don't always come through cleanly — especially for product-purchase events.

Here are a few things to check and try:

1. Confirm the ThriveCart product itself is set to Live in your ThriveCart account. A live checkout will not show a test-mode banner or test card details on the checkout page.

2. Rather than switching an existing workflow from Test to Live, create a brand-new workflow in Pabbly Connect and set the trigger directly to Live Mode from the start.

3. Go to the live checkout page and perform a real purchase (or trigger a real event) so Pabbly Connect can capture a Live Mode response.

4. After the live response is captured, run another test purchase and verify in Task History that the workflow is triggering correctly.

5. Once confirmed, copy your action steps into the new live workflow and deactivate the old one.

If you'd still like to compare, you can capture responses in two separate workflows (one Test, one Live).

You can refer to this video tutorial to learn how you can add webhook and generate API key to establish the connection - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Veij_kxZ9Vw
