Workflow steps running more than once

There appears to be a new bug today where workflow steps are running more than once in my workflow which is set to run them once only. Are you aware of this. I request that this be looked at with HIGH PRIORITY since this bug is costing me credits on other applications to render images and videos! It's happened 4 times now. Here is one task history to see it showing the same steps looped at as shown in photo. This happened for multiple steps after this point.
