WP Rest AUTH required paid subscription?

I'm trying to enroll users in Learndash bu creating a WP user first with the mentioned plugin (google REST API) and then enroll to course.
This enrolment doesn't work because it says access is restricted for the free version.
Am I correct that I need a 150$ upgrade in order to enroll users in Learndash?
Is there a workaround?

If you are using the free plan of a WordPress service, you will only be able to access the default endpoint authentication. To securely access custom or third-party plugin endpoints, you will need to upgrade to a premium plan suitable for your needs.

So, kindly contact the WordPress team for the same.
