Wrap Request in Array Option Is Not Working in Pabbly API

I enabled “Wrap Request in Array” = Yes, but the request is still not being sent in the required array format.
Could you please check why the Wrap Request in Array option is not working and guide me on how to send the complete JSON body as an array?
