    I tried the source amount (excel) over and over thinking it was a format, etc. But nothing fixed it. So I copied another line of the excel that did work, and then one by one played with each field. In the end the only thing that fixed it was reducing the length of those 3 fields... description...

    FYI: On Pabbly the field titled private note actually maps to the statement memo field. While the subtext tells you this, the name of the field makes it sound like its an internal field. It is not. This message will appear on the statement the customer receives (CDN QBO anyway)

    After using Pabbly Router to make as decision is it possible to bring the 2 streams back together? ie. when a customer is added to a JotForm, router says... if this customer is not already found in QBO then add them. If they are found, then update the phone/address with the data entered...

    I was working on a workflow and lost it.. no idea how.. I don't recall deleting it all. Is there a trash bin / recycle bin that I can pick it out of? I've gone through every workflow on the dashboard and its not there, inactive or otherwise.

    @twshouston It seems to me you have connected to QBO successfully? No matter which file I've tried I keep getting fault errors when I send the tests and cannot seem to find solutions to the issue. Did you have to do anything special with your QBO to be able to connect?
