ActiveCampaign - Contact not found

After a customer books an appointment with me via Book Like a Boss, I am triggering PabblyConnect to update that Contact record in AC. The contacts email address is coming from Book Like a Boss - I have verified this is working.
Next, I search AC to find that Contact.
Finally, I Add a Tag to the Contact - this is the part that is failing.
Using the email address from the previous step, it is not finding the Contact in AC. I have checked this and the Contact with that email address is definitely already in AC.

Any ideas?

You can instead use the "Create Update Contact" action step to add the Tag and list.
