Button: Dynamic URL not working (Whatsapp Cloud API)

Hi,
We are sending Shipping update to our channel partner.

Setup: Fluent Form -> Pabbly->Whatsapp Cloud API

It was running good until initially.

Now Invoice is not getting downloaded from Dynamic URL. (Pls find the screenshot)

On clicking the Button by Channel partner, it is coming as Attachment got deleted.

Whereas the link for attachment is working fine.

Please check n help me to send shipping updates seamlessly.

After 10 minutes of submitting the shipping details on the Fluent form, we are receiving 2 emails like below.
(Screenshot attached)

Issue to Channel partner is:
They are receiving all the details except that, the Invoice is not getting downloaded.

Pls guide

Hey @digitaldivi

As we can see from your concern, it seems like the Google Drive file which you are sharing in the "WhatsApp Cloud API : Send Template Message" action step doesn't recognize by the Cloud API's server. Because of that you are facing such an issue while downloading the file.

Kindly contact WhatsApp Cloud API support team for the same.

I found the reason as below from Facebook:

If we do not have enough quality signals from conversations between your business and customers, your quality status will be marked as Quality pending in WhatsApp Manager. In contrast, in the API it will be displayed as unknown.

Iam not able to understand, how to resolve it.

Pls guide.

You should contact the WhatsApp Cloud API support team on your concern. Perhaps they can help you out in a better way.
