Can an approval row stop duplicate publishing when a workflow retries?

I am looking at Pabbly Connect for an editorial review queue for MedProofs. Our health news section is still empty, so this is a setup question, not a failed live workflow.

The idea is a Google Sheets row with a source URL, draft ID and reviewer status. Only an approved row should move to publishing. I'd like to keep the actual review seperate from automation.

What I'm unsure about is retries.. If the publishing step succeeds but writing the result back to Sheets fails, could another run publish same draft again? A filter on approved status alone doesnt seem enough.

Would you use a stored draft ID plus a published timestamp, or is there a better way in Connect to make that check? also, if two runs pick up the row together, how do you keep them from both continuing? I havent built this yet and would rather settle that part first
