Hello,
The way you have currently set up your workflow, it will only work for new contacts that do not already exist in your ActiveCampaign account. It is set up to create a new contact and then add tags to that contact.
What you need to do is add a Router to your workflow, which will allow you to first search for the contact. If the contact exists, you can directly add them to a list and tag them. If the contact does not exist in your ActiveCampaign account, it will first create the contact and then add them to a list and tag them.
We have cloned your original workflow and set it up to help you understand how the setup should look. You can set up your original workflow in the same manner, and this should fix your issue.
