Duplicate & Old Leads Triggering in Pabbly Connect

I’m receiving the same lead multiple times in Pabbly Connect. Instead of triggering only for new leads that come in today, it is randomly picking up leads from several days ago and sending them again.
Why is Pabbly Connect triggering old or duplicate leads instead of only processing newly received leads?
