Issue with automated test emails being triggered continuously for Meta Lead Form

Hi Pabbly Support Team,
I am facing an issue with 4 of my workflows integrated with Meta Lead Forms.
Currently, we do not have any active ad campaigns running for this lead form, but Pabbly keeps continuously triggering and sending test emails to our receiver email.
Could you please help investigate why this automation is triggering without any new form submissions, and how we can resolve this?
