New Leads FB leads form problem... ASAP

Hi guys,
We have a serious issue with the workflow that sends leads from the FB lead form in New Leads.
The system keeps sending the same lead again every few minutes. This issue only happens in your system and does not happen with other automation platforms we use.
We need an immediate solution! This is causing us a lot of problems with our clients.
Please fix this as soon as possible.
