URGENT: Workflows executing on their own with no trigger, consuming tasks and sending data

Hello Pabbly team,

My accounthas a severe and urgent problem , all of my Pabbly Connect workflows are being executed repeatedly without any trigger from my side. No trigger event was fired by the source systems, yet the task history shows continuous executions across every workflow.

Consequences:

• The final actions of the workflows (sending messages, emails and writing data) are actually running and reaching my customers and contacts.
• Task consumption on my plan is exploding with executions I never requested.

What I have already checked on my side:

• No recent changes to triggers, schedules or webhooks.
• I did not use the bulk re-execute function in the task history.
• [I have already disabled the workflows manually / The workflows keep running even after being disabled]

I urgently request that you:

1. Immediately stop all executions on my account from your side.
2. Identify the root cause: which trigger or process is generating these executions.
3. Refund the tasks wrongly consumed during this period.
