I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
When a someone signs up for my event on Eventbrite, pabbly correctly is notified
- but when I try to get the client details, the API returns "info requested" instead of the name and email address as expected. as shown in attachment so it fails to update the email crm.

Please advise.

Hi @mindfulguy,

We’ve added a Delay as step 3 of your workflow, just before the Eventbrite: Get Event by ID action step. That should fix the issue. Please create a new order or wait for a new order to be placed and check if this resolves the problem.
