FRESH PROPOSALS - is the create proposal function still working?

I am attempting to utilize the fresh proposals create proposal function. It worked for me in the past (2022) but it no longer seems to work.
I am able to successfully create/edit a new contact.

The error is coming from fresh proposal not from pabbly connect. "Exceeds maximum active proposal" Means with your current plan in fresh proposal Exceeds maximum limits to create proposal.

I reached out to Freshproposals and they had a bug in their system. Once the bug was fixed this began to work again. Thanks!
