Gmail Trigger not working

Hi, I am trying to create a workflow with pabbly connect. I have a subscription and used a gmail trigger only in this workflow. Why is the trigger not working? Can you support team help fix this? Your chatbot keeps telling me i will get a response in 24 hours. I am genuinely trying to migrate from zapier but if your support is so slow to repond and address issues i might have to reconsider. Any time i ask a question, your team responds with another question which takes another 10 hours for reply. Your team never provides a full solution that can resolve a basic issue. Can someone call and resolve this basic issue at the earliest?
