Google Business Profile – New Review (Instant) not triggering

Hello Pabbly Support,
I have a Pabbly Connect workflow using Google Business Profile – New Review (Instant) for my restaurant Tony Roma's Berlin.
The workflow itself works correctly when triggered manually. Gmail, Filter, OpenAI and Google Business Profile Create Reply have all been successfully tested.
However, genuine new Google reviews do not trigger the workflow automatically. No new execution appears in Task History.
I have already:
- re-authorized the Google Business Profile connection
- created a completely new Google Business Profile connection
- selected the correct account and location again
- used Refresh Fields
- confirmed that the workflow is ON
- used Re-Capture Webhook Response several times
- waited longer than the indicated 10–20 minutes
Pabbly still only shows the old captured response (“Response A – 4 days ago”).
A new genuine Google review is already visible on Google, but it was not received by the Pabbly Instant trigger.
Could you please check whether the webhook/Instant trigger subscription for this workflow and Google Business Profile location is correctly registered?
Also, your integration pages list New Review (Legacy), but this option is not available in my App Event dropdown. Could you please advise whether the Legacy trigger can be enabled for my account?
