Need 1-to-1 Google Meet Support for Updating 350+ Existing Pabbly Connect Flows

Hello Pabbly Connect Support Team,

We are currently using Pabbly Connect with our WhatsApp automation setup and have more than 350 existing workflows/flows.

We need to make changes to our WhatsApp/Automate Business setup, and we need guidance on how to update the existing flows in bulk instead of manually editing each workflow one by one.

Since we have a large number of workflows already running, manually updating 350+ flows would be very time-consuming and may also increase the risk of errors.

Could you please provide us with a 1-to-1 Google Meet session with your technical/support team so that we can explain our current setup and discuss:

• How we can update the existing 350+ workflows in bulk

• Whether there is any migration or bulk-update option available

• What changes are required in the existing WhatsApp automation flows

• Whether Pabbly can assist with the migration/update process

• The safest way to make these changes without affecting our existing automations

Or if you are looking to add/remove steps from multiple workflows in bulk?

Yes, we want to replace our currently used WhatsFlow by Automate Business (v2) connection with Automate Chats across all our existing Pabbly Connect workflows.

We currently have 350+ workflows using the existing WhatsFlow connection. Our requirement is to migrate/replace the existing WhatsFlow connection with the Automate Chats connection without manually opening and updating each workflow individually.

Could you please confirm whether the “Update WhatsFlow By Automate Business (v2) Connection” option shown in your screenshot can be used for this migration, or if there is another bulk migration/update process available?

We want to ensure that all 350+ existing workflows continue working properly after replacing WhatsFlow with Automate Chats.

Thank you for clarifying your requirement.

The “Update WhatsFlow By Automate Business (v2) Connection” option cannot be used for this migration because you are looking to replace the app itself (WhatsFlow with Automate Chats), not just update the connection.

Therefore, the existing 350+ workflows cannot be migrated to the new app through the connection update option. You will need to manually update the actions.
