Inbox Conversations Sometimes Not Loading / Blank Inbox

Hi, we're experiencing an intermittent issue with the Pabbly Chatflow Inbox.

Sometimes, when we open the Inbox, the conversations do not load and the chat list appears completely blank. This issue affects different team members and occasionally happens to me as well, so it does not seem to be related to user roles or admin permissions.

The messages and automations continue working correctly, but sometimes the Inbox simply does not display the existing conversations.

After refreshing or trying again later, the conversations may appear again, but the issue keeps happening randomly.

Could you please help us identify what might be causing this and how we can prevent the Inbox from loading blank?
