what value to put in the box

If you want to store responses ranging from 1 to 5, you will need to create 5 separate custom fields, one for each value.

In each custom field, enter the corresponding number in the Value box.

For example:

• Custom Field 1 → Value: 1

• Custom Field 2 → Value: 2

• Custom Field 3 → Value: 3

• Custom Field 4 → Value: 4

• Custom Field 5 → Value: 5

This way, each value can be stored in its respective custom field.
