what value to put in the box

Could you please tell me what value should i put in Value box if i want to store answer in 1-5 number?
Hi,
If you want to store responses ranging from 1 to 5, you will need to create 5 separate custom fields, one for each value.
In each custom field, enter the corresponding number in the Value box.
For example:
Custom Field 1 → Value:
1Custom Field 2 → Value:
2Custom Field 3 → Value:
3Custom Field 4 → Value:
4Custom Field 5 → Value:
5
This way, each value can be stored in its respective custom field.
