Infusionsoft by Keap workflow not working - "Input could not be converted to a valid request"

I have over 30 workflows that are not working because when the action "Infusionsoft by Keap: Create/Update Contact" tries to run, pabbly keeps coming back with the following error: "Input could not be converted to a valid request"

This is happening on all of my workflows that use this action.

When I re-excecute the workflow, it continues to come back with the same error when it gets to that action. All of the previous actions work (Jotform input and pabbly tasks). Everything was working yesterday. Today all of the workflows are experiencing the same error.

What can we do to get this working ASAP

Based on my understanding, I see that there was an error with the Keap application in your workflow. However, I am happy to inform you that we have reconnected the Keap application and re-executed the failed task.

As a result, the issue seems to be resolved now and the workflow is working properly.

To ensure that your workflows continue to function correctly, I recommend that you reconnect with the Keap application in all your workflows. Once you have done this, try to recapture the response and see if the issue has been resolved.
