Issue: Duplicate Leads Received Multiple Times

Hi Pabbly Support Team,

Good afternoon.

I’m facing a new issue where the same lead is being received multiple times for the same campaign. In some cases, I’m receiving the same lead around 10 times, and the lead is appearing with different locations.

Could you please check why the same lead is being duplicated and received multiple times for the same campaign?

Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please be informed that the APIs have recently changed, and we are currently making the necessary updates on our end.

For now, we recommend using the New Lead – Instant trigger event if you are using New Lead only. Please make sure to connect the Owner's account while configuring this trigger, as the Admin account will not work with this event. Kindly check the screenshot for reference.

We are also investigating this case from our end, and it will be fixed shortly. Once we have further updates, we will inform you accordingly.
