meta leads are coming again and again, the old leads are triggering the tasks. I am getting the leads from the last month again and again, my tasks are being consumed and this is causing a lot of problems.I want to talk to the support team. How long will this take and what is pabbly going to do about the tasks which are already consumed and are being consumed currently

This has been happening for over 24 hours on a number of our clients and pabbly have said absolutely nothing about it which is disgraceful.

Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the trouble this is causing.

What you're describing matches a known issue with the Facebook (Meta) Lead Ads polling trigger. Meta deprecated the API endpoint previously used for polling, and the changes made to accommodate the updated API have caused some workflows to fetch and reprocess older lead data instead of only new leads. Our team is actively working on the required API changes so that older leads are no longer fetched and only new leads are processed.

Regarding the tasks that have already been consumed due to this issue, they will be restored in your account. Kindly confirm the email address of your account.
