Manychat to Infusionsoft by Keap issues

Hi,

I'm running into an issue with one of my flows connecting ManyChat to Infusionsoft by Keap. The 3rd action "apply a tag" isn't applying the tag after the contact is created am I doing something wrong? It creates the tag on the account when I press test, but only if I run the test. Do I need to have something triggering the 3rd action? or does anyone have some settings, I can check? Thank you.

Hi @epresentations,

For this automation to work, you need to enable the mapping button and map the Contact ID from step 2. I have already made the necessary change on your behalf for now.
