Hello,

so I have clients setup on on 1 of 3 subscription plans:

If any of those plans accrue extra charges from the clients, how do we go back and charge that extra amount to the client, without creating/adding it to a permanent subscription.

If you wish to add one-time charges to a customer's existing subscription, there are two methods you can use:

1. Create a New One-Time Plan: create a new plan corresponding to the additional charges you intend to collect from the customer. Once created, assign this new plan as a subscription to the specific customer from whom you want to collect the additional charges.

2. Use Metered Billing for One-Time Plans: If the existing subscription of the customer is a one-time plan (Non Recurring), then you can leverage metered billing to generate a one-time invoice for the customer.
