Ah ok. From both, but the problem lies with "create deal."

For Create a Person, first you need to use the usual Create a Person action and then you need to add another action after Create a person that will be Update Person with Custom Field. So first person will be created the and you need to update the person along with the Custom data.

For Create a Deal with Custom Field, there is a separate action event; you need to use that instead of Create Deal.
