Question on Custom GPTs

We would like to switch from using Zapier connected to our Custom GPTs to Pabbly Connect, but need to know how we can do the same or similar things to those that we can do in Zapier.

We want to create Chatbots that we can embed on websites that do things like:

1) Answer questions about any niche subject (e.g. plumbing questions for a plumbing site), and also questions about the plumbing company and its services etc.
2) After the visitor has asked half a dozen questions for free (perhaps giving their email address in order to do so), they are given the choice of paying a nominal amount to ask more questions, or booking an appointment for a free consultation - and the chatbot opens the appointment calendar so that they can do so.

With Zapier, they have already-created chatbots that we can embed on websites - does Pabbly have any such prebuilt chatbots? And if so, are they editable (editing their custom instructions, their visual design etc.)? And do they have the ability to upload documents to a Knowledge Base for the chatbot to consult?

If not, we'll have to create the chatbots as Custom GPTs and connect them to our Pabbly Workflows. With Zapier, to connect our Custom GPTs to our Actions or Workflows, all we have to do is paste in a Zapier URL (the same one every time), and Zapier then connects the Custom GPT to any of our Actions or Workflows. How is this accomplished in Pabbly?

I have the same question. also, will it be possible to use publics custom GPTs in our workflows in the future ? (not only the GPTs we build).

When passing a prompt to the ChatGPT action step, it's crucial to provide clear context by including the user's message and any relevant preceding system messages. This allows ChatGPT to understand the ongoing conversation and generate more coherent responses. Additionally, concise and explicit instructions in the prompt guide the model's behavior.

Dynamically adjusting the prompt as the conversation progresses helps in maintaining context. However, it's important to be mindful of prompt length to avoid truncation.

Sorry I was not clear I was talking about GPT's in the GPT's store. For exemple, Canva, or Grimoire who are well known. Will we be able to use these publics GPT's in our workflows in the futur ?
