Reactivate plan canceled due to non-payment

Hello, some customers had their plans canceled due to payment delays. How is it possible to reactivate the subscription after cancellation without the need to create a new one?
Is there any way to prevent these accounts from being canceled after a certain amount of time with outstanding payments?

Hello,

Once a subscription is cancelled, we do not have an option to reactivate it. However, if you have enabled the Dunning Management feature in your Pabbly Subscription account, you can set the subscription status as UNPAID once dunning is completed and payment is unsuccessful.

If you are not using the dunning feature and want to collect payments under the same subscription, even if the customer has not successfully made the payment, you can increase the number of days for expired invoices from "Settings" -> "Global Settings" -> "Expiration of Invoice."

By default, the expiration period is set to 45 days, but you can change it to a maximum of 365 days. This means that the pending invoice will not expire until 365 days, even if the customer does not pay on time.
