Salesforce Creation vs Updating

Hi @solace,

To achieve this use case, you can add a Router to your workflow with two routes. Route 1 will allow you to create new records if they don't already exist in your Salesforce account. Route 2 will be used to update contacts that already exist in your Salesforce account.

Sharing this workflow for reference. You can make changes to your workflow in a similar manner.
