Hi there. We're having issues with creating a record vs updating a record if someone fills out the same form twice. In other words If "user a" filled the form twice we have two instances of "user a" instead of merging them. Is there a solution to this?

To achieve this use case, you can add a Router to your workflow with two routes. Route 1 will allow you to create new records if they don't already exist in your Salesforce account. Route 2 will be used to update contacts that already exist in your Salesforce account.
