SFTP always has "queued" status?

I'm using the Email Parser trigger to take an email sent with an image attachment and upload it to a specific folder on my server using SFTP.
The server is connected, we've tested that, it's fine.
The workflow triggers successfully, but the result always comes back as 'Status: Queued' and the upload does not complete:

I have a suspicion that our server is blocking the Pabbly IP address, but as you use dynamic IPs, it's impossible to say.
I would also like to know if there are any bottlenecks within Pabbly currently that might cause this to time out?
