Steps not executing properly

I've attached some screenshots and as you can see, in spite of the delay fulfilling its purpose, the next step is not executing and it shows as queued. But apparently the time for it to execute has passed. Kindly help me. Sometimes I'm also facing issues where the automation is stuck in delay even ater the desired time. It doesn't go to the next step and gets stuck. I've already spent a lot on my campaigns and these issues are persistent. I really appreciate some help from your side.
