Subscription payment not getting captured in Pabbly

Hi,
I've received my 1st booking where a customer booked the subscription by taking a paid trial for 15days.
I got the payments confirmation mail from razorpay. But when I checked Pabbly dashboard, it shows as payment pending.

I am unable to understand what is wrong.

Could you please provide us with the details of the customer that has not been recorded on your Pabbly Subscription Billing account? This will allow us to investigate the issue further on our end and provide appropriate assistance.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether you have connected the webhook mentioned in the document below to your Razorpay account? If not, we kindly request you to connect these webhook mentioned in the below document within your Razorpay account.
