Tickets Automatically Marked as Resolved Before the Issue Is Fixed
Status: Closed · Asked by Sven B on · 0 views
I have noticed that my support threads are being marked as resolved automatically, even when the underlying issue has not been fixed yet.
For example, my thread "Browser Title on Thank You Page Ignored" (ticket #TCK 216865) is now shown as Closed, and I received an email asking me to rate the resolution. However, the only reply so far was that the issue has been escalated to your team for review. The bug itself is still present.
This has happened with several of my open questions and bug reports. As soon as someone replies that the team is looking into it, the ticket gets closed and I get a "resolved" notification.
This makes it very hard for me to keep track of which issues are actually fixed and which are still pending. I also worry that closed tickets may no longer be followed up on internally.
Could you please:
- Reopen my threads that are still waiting on a fix, including the Thank You Page browser title issue.
- Check why tickets are being closed automatically after an "escalated" or "we are looking into it" reply.
- Keep tickets open until the issue is actually resolved, or let me know if there is a better way to track escalated issues.
Thanks,
Sven
Hi Sven,
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that the Thank You Page browser title issue has already been resolved, and we have already shared an update with you. Please refer to the attached image for reference.
The thread was automatically closed as there was no further response from your end for the last two days after our reply.

We have now reopened the thread, and you can continue communicating with us there. We will also ensure this does not happen without confirmation in the future.
Hi Sven,
This is a follow-up regarding the issue with tickets being automatically marked as resolved before the underlying issues are fully addressed.
Could you please confirm whether you are still experiencing this issue or if everything is working as expected now?
If there are any remaining concerns or open issues you would like us to review, please reply to this email, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Thanks for reopening it. This can be closed now. I'm moving my subscriptions off Pabbly, so there's nothing further to follow up on here. Details: https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/moving-my-subscriptions-off-pabbly.219331
