Unable to remove Paypal from my payment options

Could you please share a screenshot showing where you are trying to remove the PayPal payment method, along with the error message you are receiving?

We’ve checked this and found that you have two plans with the same plan name. Although they are set up with different currencies, the same plan name is causing the error:

“This plan name is already exist in this product.”

To proceed with removing PayPal, you’ll need to change the name of either one of these plans so that both plans have unique names.

Once the plan name is updated, you should be able to make the required changes to the payment methods.
