Hi Team,

I'm writing regarding a critical issue with my Pabbly Chatflow account.

What happened:
1. I had a fully configured Pabbly Chatflow setup with 7 chatbot flows, 14 custom fields, and active customer conversations, all connected to WhatsApp number +918140099905.
2. My client accidentally transferred the WhatsApp number to a personal device, which disconnected it from the Pabbly Cloud API.
3. I reconnected the same WhatsApp number back to Pabbly Chatflow.
4. After reconnection, ALL my chatbot flows, custom fields, and inbox chat history have been completely wiped. The account now appears as if it's a fresh setup with nothing configured.

Important: No one else apart from me accessed the Pabbly dashboard to manually delete anything. The only action taken was disconnecting and reconnecting the WhatsApp number to Pabbly chatflow.

The flows that were lost:
- Intro Chat (main menu flow)
- Birthday Party Chatbot
- Escape Room Booking Chatbot
- Team Building/Corporate Events Chatbot
- Pricing Chatbot
- Talk to a Sales Person Chatbot
- General Booking Chatbot

This appears to be a ciritcal bug. Reconnecting a WhatsApp number should not delete account-level configurations like flows and custom fields.

Could you please check if there is any way to restore the flows and data from your backend? This is urgent as we have an active business (Escape Zone) relying on this chatbot for customer bookings.

Looking forward to your earliest response.

Thank you.

Your chatbot flows, custom fields, and inbox data are not stored purely at the Chatflow account level—they’re scoped to the specific WhatsApp phone number ID / WABA mapping.

When your client moved the WhatsApp number to a personal device, Meta detached the number from its existing Cloud API phone number ID. This action effectively invalidated the original WABA and phone number ID that Pabbly Chatflow was using.

When the number was reconnected, Meta issued a new phone number ID, even though the phone number itself remained the same. That’s why the flows are no longer appearing.
