WATI templates not loading in Pabbly Connect

Hello Pabbly Support,
I am setting up a workflow named “Razorpay Payment to Wati”. The goal is to send an approved WATI WhatsApp template after a Razorpay payment is captured.
The templates are approved and visible in my WATI account. In Pabbly, the WATI connection shows “Connected”. I created a WATI API token with the scopes messagetemplate:read and messagetemplate:write, and entered the WATI API Endpoint and generated token in the Pabbly connection fields.
However:
1. In WATI – Get Message Templates, the test response is {"response":""} (Page Size 10, Page Number 1, Raw format).
2. In WATI – Send Template Message, the Template dropdown shows “No Options Found”, even after refreshing the fields and the template dropdown.
3. I also tried both Send Template Message and Send Template Message (Legacy).
Could you please check why Pabbly is not fetching my approved WATI templates and advise how to fix the connection?
I have attached screenshots of the approved templates and Pabbly’s blank response and dropdown. I have not included the API token.
