whatsapp msg not showing in pabbly inbox

incoming WhatsApp messages are not appearing/updating in the Pabbly Chatflow Inbox at all. Even when a user sends a normal WhatsApp message to my connected number, the message does not appear in the Pabbly Inbox.
So there seem to be related issues:
Incoming WhatsApp messages are not being received/updated in Pabbly Chatflow Inbox.
Because incoming events are not reaching Pabbly, Quick Reply button interactions also do not trigger the connected Chatflow.
