WhatsApp Number Connected but Chatflow Not Working

Hi Pabbly Support Team,
I am facing an issue with my WhatsApp Chatflow.
- My WhatsApp number +91 9217667394 is showing as Connected and Active.
- The WhatsApp account is connected successfully to Pabbly.
- My Chatflow is already created, configured, and the Main Chatbot Flow is enabled.
- However, when I send a message to the connected WhatsApp number, the Chatflow is not triggering and no automated response is being sent.
- I have also tried refreshing/syncing the connection, but the issue still persists.
Please check whether there is any issue with the WhatsApp connection, Chatflow trigger, chatbot configuration, or backend activation.
I have attached screenshots showing the connected WhatsApp number and my Chatflow setup.
Please help me identify why the Chatflow is not triggering even though the number is connected and active.
