Hi, sorry to bother here again. Two of my templates which are approved in the whatsapp business api, is not fetching currently in pabbly dashboard. Do we have any other platform or a support email to raise these concerns?

Try refreshing. A button on the right side of the tab

I have done that many times and the approved template still does not show. In fact, I know one has to refresh to fetch new templates.

I had two similar whatsapp api names and it was because I added templates in different api. close the thread. :/
