Whatsapp template not populating

Hi,

We have 5 templates in our meta account for specific number, how ever only 4 are getting synced to chatflow account. We are using permanent token.

Could you please specify the type of the template that is not synced with Chatflow?

The template type is marketing template in English and has location header.

There appear to be 6 templates listed in your Pabbly Chatflow account now.

that's the old screenshot now the actual WhatsApp approved templates are10 only 9 are in chat flow.

The highlighted one is missing
