Worflow works in test but not when in trigger by lead

This workflow has stopped working after I changed the event that triggers the webhook. It works in “Save and Test” mode, but it doesn’t work in production.

Thank you for reaching out.
Since the workflow works in Save & Test but not for live events, this usually means the trigger connection has gone stale or the source app's webhook subscription was dropped after you changed the trigger event. Please try the following:
1. Clone the existing workflow using the Clone option from the workflow menu.
2. Turn OFF the original workflow so you don't have duplicates running.
3. Open the cloned workflow and in the Trigger step, click Refresh Fields, then click Save and Send Test Request exactly once and capture the response.
4. Re-check the field mapping in all subsequent action steps so they still point to the correct trigger fields.
5. Save the workflow and turn it ON.
Also please confirm:
- Which trigger app and trigger event you switched to, and
- That the trigger event type selected in Pabbly matches the actual event you are performing in the source app.
