Workflow Did Not Complete

Hi there,
This workflow states that it completed but it only shows as having completed 1 step.
It also didn't produce any of the results typically attributable to this workflow.

Could we please check what went wrong with this workflow.

I triggered the workflow to run again manually using same data and it worked.
