Add on not showing up-difference between bump and add on?

I have created an add on that is not showing up as a bump or add on for the specific payment plan.
Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

We would like to inform you that you can not assign a Recurring Addon (Employer Dashboard) to a one time plan (What Works® Custom Nutrition Software™ 1 Year License) since one time Plan supports one time Addon but Recurring Plan can support both one time Addon as well as Recurring Addon therefore this Recurring Addon is not available in Bump Offer for a one time plan.
Also, "Software Customization: Your Logo & Custom URL" is a One Time Addon therefore it is visible in your One Time Plan (What Works® Custom Nutrition Software™ 1 Year License) since you have not assign this Addon to this Plan so it can not be select to show as Bump Offer.
